Hello Alan, and good evening. I do hope that all is well with you.
This is just a short, but - nevertheless - sincere note to say a big "thank you" for a brilliant job with the Heritage Bus last Friday afternoon/evening.
The bus itself (which was superbly presented) certainly added to the overall Wedding 'package', and all the guests - especially the 25 or so of them who actually travelled on it - were absolutely fascinated with the vehicle and thrilled by the experience of the journey to Southport.
Any bus, though, (vintage or otherwise) needs a good and friendly driver. We certainly had that and more in you last Friday, and I am very grateful to you for all that you did for us.
Best wishes. John

Dear Anne
We all had an excellent evening, the bus ride was fantastic and meal was perfect. On behalf of the mother's union, special thanks to you and your organisation, special thanks to your driver and please pass on our thanks to the chef and staff at the Clarence for their hospitality. To top it all, we couldn't have wished for better weather. I will be writing an article in our church mag next month. Will send you a copy. Will inc your contact details, if that is ok with you.
Regards Joanne

On August 14th, we were booked on the inaugural vintage bus trip to Bury Transport Museum, including a trip on the steam train to Rawtenstall. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the bus so the actual trip was cancelled. Way beyond his call of duty, Mark offered us the opportunity to visit his “bus depot” followed by a courtesy ride around Saddleworth in his double decker. It was a magical ride. We waved at everybody including our neighbour who was very surprised to see us on this wonderful vehicle. Thank you very much Mark, it was much appreciated. We were so happy with the day so far, the 4 of us then drove over to Bury in our own vehicle and took the steam train to Rawtensall and visited the Transport Museum. As they say “A grand day out”!
